Everman TX, March 27,2008-All Media Network will launch All Network, a new Digital Network program network scheduled to debut
this fall. All Media Networks will operate the new venture. The announcement was made today at a press conference in Everman
TX by Lisa Martinez, President and Chief Operating Officer, All Media Networks.
Disney/ABC-Owned stations in seven of the country’s Top 10 television markets will digital-affiliate with the
new network, including stations in New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago.
"This agreement is a great step forward for our TV group," said Robert Iger, President/CEO. "Our stations,
the communities they serve, and Disney shareholders will benefit from this long-term affiliation with a network powered by
two small, successful studios owned by a joint venture of Station Venture Operations, LP (NBC/LIN TV) (90 percent) and Liberty
Media (10 percent)."
Upon launching on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008, All Network will feature quality programming from 6:00am-2:00am (EST/PST)
Monday through Saturday,from 2:00pm-2:00am (EST/PST) and provide a six-hour Sunday morning animation block. totaling 137 hours
of Program per week. Providing broadcasters a viable and station-friendly option for primetime, involving no reverse compensation,
All Network will position stations with operational flexibility through an appealing affiliation term and attractive inventory
split, further building asset value.
Under the agreement, 10 of those Disney/ABC-owned stations will join the new digital network are:

WLS-Chicago, Illinois-DMA#3
WPVI-Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-DMA#4
KGO-San Francisco and Monterey Bay Area-DMA#6

WTVD-Durham/Raleigh/Fayetteville, North Carolina-DMA#28
KFSN-Fresno, California-DMA#55
WJRT-Flint, Michigan-DMA#66
WTVG-Toledo, Ohio-DMA#72
Will serve as anchor affiliates of All Network, representing 24% of the United States. Supported with powerful branding
and marketing initiatives that tie-in locally, the service will maintain and strengthen affiliates, community brand recognition
with a complete look and feel of a national network that empowers localism.
